I'm curious as to exactly what is going on with the night blood-pressure med thing. I took mine at night for a while, but found, since your body naturally has lower blood pressure while you sleep, that I would wake up with extremely low blood pressure, but would have crazy high blood pressure by the end of the day when my pills from the day before had worn off. Taking them in the morning takes advantage of my natural morning low and keeps it steady throughout the day.
It did say "at least one" of their medicines. I wonder what difference they found for people who only take one. And similarly, what the health trade-offs would be between achieving drastically low night-time BP readings versus steady BP reading throughout the day.
